Dr. Spock’s Baby and Child Care: 8th Edition

The Best One
I used Dr. Spock's book exclusively when my six children were growing up. Now that I have grandchildren and great-grandchildren, I have ordered more books for the young mothers in the family. Highly recommended!!

Classic Book
Best childcare book ever. This book was by "Go To" book when my children were babies up to teens. It's the Bible of all childcare reference books. Purchased this book through Amazon as a gift to my daughter for her first baby. I'm certain this will be her favorite reference book as well. You won't regret purchasing this book. It helped me many, many times.

Dr. Spock's Baby and Child Care Book
Fantastic book! I buy this to include with my gift for each baby shower!!

Great Book! A Must Have!!!!!!
This is a very good book, a must have, my mom raised me according to this book in rep. of Georgia, it was translated in many languages! Great book!!!

The Bible of Child Care Books
I used one of the earlier editions in the 60's. The underlying theme is that the mother's own instincts should be trusted and are usually right for the baby. But when I needed some information and support, I could always look in this all encompassing book and find what I wanted very quickly. The editions have been updated throughout all these years and Dr. Spock is now gone, but the underlying basis and wonderful approach remains. This book is a must for all first time mothers!
