this photo frame with mp3 player is awesome! placed in living room on bookshelf. photos in slide show mode along with background music is a joy to watch and listen to! and the price was and still is unbeatable! i would highly recommend this product! thanks!!!

Bad resolution for the screen size
For an 8.5-inch screen I would've preffered a photo frame that had more pixels per square inch.

It cannot play downlodable xvid or divx movies properly as I am guessing it doesnt have the computational grunt to process them.

Very disappointed
I must have been doing something wrong, because when I loaded my pictures into this thing, they came out very pixelated and rough. At the same time, I bought a Philips AJL308 LCD Alarm clock for . Sadly, when I loaded the same pictures onto the alarm clock, they looked better. The screen was smaller, but an _alarm clock_ beat the display quality of a _digital picture frame_. This was the last straw for me. I packaged it up and sent it back for a refund ...

NOT WHAT I ORDERED
When I placed this order is stated that it came with a free memory card...IT DIDN'T! I had to go out and spend the additional .00 to get a memory card. One of the reasons I ordered was that if it included the memory card for the price it would have been a good deal. The way it turned out I don't think it was that great of a deal, plus I gave it as a gift and then since it did not have the free memory card I felt bad as I had told them it came with one. Then I went and purchased the card for them as to not be lying to them!!!

Great product
We purchased this product for my inlaws, when we received it we found that the 1 gig SD SecureDigital Flash Card that we were suppose to get by adding the product code was not in the box.
We did go and buy a card for the frame, you will want to get one. We filled it with pictures of our children and our grand kids so the my inlaws would have the pictures to brag with.
After getting the product and filling the card and sending it to the grandparents my wife and I went and got another one for us. The one we got for us had a card with it.
It is a very nice product.
