Great for the 9-10 year olds
It so difficult finding things for my older girl who will soon be 10. We tried this digital pet shop and she loves it. She clips it to her backpack and takes it everywhere she goes. One of her best friends at school also has one and apparently you can connect them and play with each other. Great toy for those hard to buy for little girls that are getting too old for little girl toys and are too young for the larger pre-adolescent gifts. We also got one for our younger daughter who is 6. She enjoys it but isn't as into it as our older daughter.
