Ride and Relax Wagon

This Wagon is Fabulous!!!
This wagon was easy to assemble and the parts fit together well. It has so many cool features that made it so much more appealing than the other wagons out there. I love that it has seatbelts for my 18mon. child and is roomy enough for my 5-year-old to ride too. The umbrella is very sturdy and the height is adjustable. It is so cool that it converts to a bench that even an adult can sit on. When the seats are folded down, my little one can lie down and it is deep enough that I don't worry about her falling out. It has tons of drink holders for the whole family and the additional cooler is great for extra drinks and snacks. My children feel safe and secure when riding and it "drives" great. The handle is nice and long so that my husband can pull it comfortably too. I would definitely recommend this wagon to anyone shopping around for one.

LITTLE TIKES HAS LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!
I purchased this product for my toddler as his "BIG GIFT" for Christmas. I purchased in on December 7th and received it by December 12th - in PLENTY of time for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I went to put it together and found the box missing 2 wheels. I called the 1-800 number in a panic but they were closed until the morning of the 26th. I called several times on December 26th to a busy signal (I wonder why? Probably many dissatisfied customers!) and when I finally got through, was on hold for 40 minutes. By the time I finally spoke with a customer service representative, all she could offer me was:
1) a full refund if I wanted to send the product back,
2) 2 replacement wheels - which will take a week to get, by the way (they ONLY have UPS ground shipping - no overnight), OR
3) a redemption coupon off a future Little Tikes purchased!

Are you kidding me? To top this all off, she did not once apologize for my inconvenience, my distress over the situation (you want your child's Christmases to be perfect, no?), or for the wait.

I told them to go ahead and ship me the replacement wheels but that they've lost a Little Tikes customer for life. Maybe they don't care about one customer, but they should. It takes thousands of single customers like your or me to meet their revenue goals. Take my advice and DON'T PURCHASE ANY LITTLE TIKES PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!!!

A huge hit!!!!!
I bought this wagon for my nieces first birthday. When we put her in it, she absolutely loved it! She stayed in it for over an hour, enjoying being taken around the neighborhood, as well as just sitting in it and holding court for all to celebrate her day.
The adults were impressed with features that the wagon offers (cup holders, storage, one side lifts up, etc). I wouldn't be surprised if a few of them look to purchase this wagon as well.
There was some discussion about difficulty putting the wagon together. I did not experience any problems at all. All the parts and all of the holes were where they were supposed to be.
I highly recommend this wagon!

Many Design Flaws
The idea of this wagon is excellent, and my son loves to sit in it to be pulled around. However, there are many design flaws such as no predrill holes so the pieces would actually fit, the side attachments are not secured and actually came off during a trial run, the seat belt that does not quite reach the circumference of a child to be functional, and some screws were not long enough to be capped at the ends. Although we can fixed some flaws by drilling holes and buying longer screws and we entertained that thought after assembling it 3/4 way, but it just wasn't worth the effort for the money we paid. We returned the wagon partly assembled to show the manager of the retail store that it was not possible to assembled the wagon according to the manufacture's instructions.

Fun after put together
This product looks simple to put together however it's kind of tricky. Especially when you don't get all the needed parts for the wagon. We where missing one of the most important parts to make this wagon work and thats the bar to put the handle on. However trying to get a hold of someone was a mess and getting the part to me was going to take forever so we went and got another type of part to fit at the warehouse store. If you are getting the wagon to pull on paved roads this one will work wonderful however it doesn't work very good on gravel or in grass. However I don't know many wagons that do. It has however plenty of space and is quite nice of children. My son loves getting in it and going.
